Hull-based design agency moves into Apple App development
Hull-based design and marketing agency branches out with launch of Apple App development.
- (1888PressRelease) May 17, 2012 - HULL-based design agency, RMP Design & Marketing, has recently been accepted by Apple into its iOS Development Programme. The programme allows RMP to develop apps for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch and gives the company access to the full range of development tools and support from Apple.
RMP's Managing Director Charles Milner explains, "Recently we have seen increased client demand to maximise the reach of their marketing activity through the use of mobile technology. Although ubiquitous in the consumer market for a number of years, in the past 12 months we have seen an explosion in the deployment of iOS apps in the business sector. As a result many clients are asking us to include the development of apps in their campaign briefs."
"We are currently developing an iPhone/iPad app for a major international client which will be released through the App Store later this year. This app will bring additional functionality to an existing offline resource and also allow regular updates which are just not possible using traditional print media.
"While the initial focus for this app is for distribution for Apple devices, we are also working on versions for the Android platform and also desktop versions for Windows and Mac."
