HRI Holdco, Parent of Chem-Dry USA, Acquires Chem-Dry Canada Franchise System
World's Largest Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Franchise to Support and Grow Canadian Network.
- (1888PressRelease) May 30, 2013 - Nashville, TN - HRI Holdco, LLC, parent company of carpet and upholstery cleaning franchise Chem-Dry and wood renewal franchise N-Hance, announced that it has begun franchising directly into Canada. Chem-Dry Canada Ltd., which had been operating Chem-Dry's master license in Canada, is transitioning out of that role. The transaction was completed in early May.
Chem-Dry's Canadian network has over 50 franchises spanning from The Yukon territory to Nova Scotia, with the greatest concentration in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario. With over 2,000 franchises in the U.S. and another 1,500 around the world, Chem-Dry is the global leader in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Its "hot carbonating extraction" cleaning system is unique in the industry and uses carbonation rather than detergents and excessive water to provide a deeper, longer lasting cleaning.
