(1888PressRelease) February 16, 2018 - Atlantic Beach, FL : Today, Terri Ray has announced the publication of her book Rock Kindness, which is the first in her upcoming children’s book series Rock For a Cause. These books are inspired by the latest craze in her beach town of hiding painted rocks with inspirational messages with each book showcasing a cause. This first in the series, Rock Kindness, is about a story of a boy being bullied in school by his classmates. He didn’t like school but became really sad when he noticed others in his class being bullied too. But suddenly one day when he saw painted rocks, he had an idea to paint rocks with inspirational messages on for those other sad kids like him. When he saw how that small gesture of kindness made them smile, he led an effort that forever changed the heart of his class to that of kindness and giving. Terri wrote the book in an effort to spread kindness in a world that needs more of it. She is sharing copies of this book to inner-city schools and children’s hospitals for that effort.

The next book which is written by Terri Ray and Illustrated by the talented Pam Anderson, Ruby Tails – Rescue Dogs Rock, will be published soon. This book is a story about a rescue dog finding her forever family thanks to one of the many reputable animal rescue groups. This particular book highlights the journey of an unwanted, abandoned dog named Ruby who was rescued by Atlanta Labrador Rescue which allowed her to be adopted by a loving family in the beach front community of Atlantic Beach, Florida. Ruby’s new leash on life is only possible thanks to the tireless efforts of a rescue group. Terri wrote this book to educate the youngest in our communities on the value of rescuing animals. A portion of the proceeds of this book will benefit Atlanta Labrador Rescue.
