Having served the public relations and communications industry for over 10 years, Hoojobs founders, Lindsay Olson and Jolie Downs, had become used to hearing complaints from both job-seekers and hiring managers. Many job-seekers were overwhelmed with the complicated process of applying for jobs online. "Signing up with several different job sites, each with lengthy, complex sign-up processes only makes finding a job more frustrating," says Olson. With this in mind, Hoojobs was designed to allow job-seekers to apply for jobs without having to create an account or re-create their resume.
