3C Holdings are in the final stages to launched their High-Income Green Bonds strategy where it will be managed with a benchmark-agnostic, global approach across all credit sectors within green bond investments.

In 2023, green bonds emerged as a pivotal element in the expansion of the global ESG-labeled bond market, accounting for over 60% of total ESG bond sales.
These bonds serve as instruments for clean transition investments, with the proceeds allocated to environmental initiatives that foster sustainable practices, thereby aiding companies in their decarbonization efforts as the investment landscape continues to evolve. 3C Holdings assesses the eligibility of a bond for its investment universe by following specific procedures outlined in its five-step green bond framework.
All green corporate bonds must successfully navigate these steps. Subsequently, the portfolio manager evaluates whether to incorporate the eligible green bond based on their investment perspective and in accordance with the portfolio's credit investment strategy.
