Hotel joins the successful Vantis development consisting of office space, existing condominiums and town homes, live/work units that provide retail at the street level, and coming soon, 450 luxury apartments by Shea Properties.
- Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) February 25, 2016 - Vantis, the successful master planned community developed by Shea Properties and Shea Homes, is celebrating the grand opening of the newest addition, a 129-room hotel located on the corner of Aliso Viejo and Vantis Drives. The hotel, developed by Stonebridge Companies, will operate under the Hilton flag as a Homewood Suites and open for business this Thursday.
The hotel joins the successful Vantis development that consists of more than 250,000 square feet of Class A office space, existing condominiums and town homes, live/work units that provide retail at the street level, and coming soon, 450 luxury apartments by Shea Properties.

The new vision for Vantis includes the hotel and, under construction now, the 450-unit Vantis Apartments, featuring state-of-the-art amenities like a rooftop deck with spectacular views of the mountains, spa-like pool with cabanas, fitness and business centers, and a grand, central courtyard providing necessary open space. Units include an open, contemporary floor plan with wood-style plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and high-end finishes throughout. Vantis Apartments will begin leasing in summer 2016.
