Homestead Waterfront Multifamily Apartments Sell for $6.4 Million
Jeronimo Hirschfeld, President and CEO of Miami-based One Real Estate Investment, and Yamal Yidios, President and CEO of Y Tech International, recently sold their 105-unit Card Sound multifamily apartments, located at 27707 South Dixie Highway, to Victoria One Card Sound LP for $6.4 million.

"This particular property was not originally for sale, but the offer was too good to pass up. For the right price we will always consider an offer, and this was the case with Card Sound," Jeronimo Hirschfeld said.
Hirschfeld and Yidios purchased the building in 2010 for $4 million. At the time, the units were empty and rundown, but their management and construction experience turned the property around and created value. Community Bank of Florida was the lender on the deal.
