Linda Barnett, Founder of Home Matters Home Staging, Redesign and Training Company have been awarded the F. C. Tuckers Home Services 2011 Best in Class Service award for Home Staging and Design.
- Indianapolis, IN (1888PressRelease) March 02, 2012 - Barnett, owner of Indiana's largest and most prolific Home Staging, Redesign and Training Company was awarded this honor during the F. C. Tucker annual service awards celebration. This was the Fifth consecutive year that Barnett and Home Matters have received this honor.
The award was presented to Barnett by Elaine Sholty, President of the F. C. Tucker Home Services division and Valerie Hayes, Service Coordinator. The Best in Class award is presented to service providers who offer services in 29 categories. The Best in Class award is given to service providers based on feedback from F. C. Tucker Agents and their clients. "I am very grateful that we have received this honor for the fifth consecutive year" Barnett stated. Barnett went on to say "This award if very special because it comes from feedback of those actually using our services. I can never hear too much that our clients find great value in the services that we provide.
Barnett- A Professional Property Stylist (Home Stager), Home Staging Mentor and Business Coach, Home Staging Instructor, Interior Decorator and former Realtor - founded Home Matters, Home Staging and Redesign in early 2004 and today operates one of the largest and fastest growing Home Staging-Redesign companies in the region, having serviced over 2,000 clients with 5 property stylists. Linda holds multiple certifications as a Stager and is a recent graduate of the Advanced Staging Course taught by Matthew Finlason, star of the HGTV series "The Stagers". Linda is lead instructor for the Staging and Redesign (SAR) course and is an Indiana State certified instructor through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and the Indiana Real Estate Commission. Linda served as Technical Editor for the Home Staging for Dummies book, which was released by Wiley Publishing, Inc. in May of 2008. Linda has received the RESA-PRO designation by meeting the 5 mandatory requirements the last of which was Passing the RESA-PRO Home Stagers Ethics Exam in August of 2010.
