HMH EXPANDS ITS PRESENCE IN THE GCC

HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings announced today the soft opening of Coral Hotel Doha and Corp Executive Hotel - Doha Suites.
Michel Noblet, President & CEO, HMH, said, "Doha is emerging as a top business and leisure destination and we are truly proud to be there. The hotel offers 227 richly appointed deluxe rooms and suites each equipped with premier amenities and the latest technology."
He added, "At the same time we are very excited to announce the launch of Corp Executive Hotel - Doha Suites a much needed business hotel in the city. The hotel features 60 luxurious suites offering the ultimate facilities in an elegantly relaxed ambience.
As befits one of the world's richest countries, Qatar is developing at a rapid pace. Michel said, "Given Qatar's growing stature and accelerating demand for infrastructure, our opportunity here is vast. The country offers a stable and secure environment for both developers and visitors."
In addition to hotels in Qatar, HMH signed the management contract for two new properties in Oman: Coral Plaza - Qurum - Muscat featuring 120 keys and EWA Mahdha Hotel.
Designed in a resort style EWA Mahdha Hotel is located in a secluded location in the heart of the mountains, within easy reach of the burgeoning community of Al Buraimi in Oman and Al Ain in the UAE. Guests will have a choice of 48 standard rooms (between 60 sq metres and 76 sq metres in size), as well as five suites and six chalets, all offering spacious living.
Expanding its portfolio in the Middle East and Africa is a key goal for HMH. Michel said, "It is exciting to see the growth of our brands in the region as it has enormous tourism potential. We look forward to continue this prosperous relationship with our business associates."
