    Kowloon Visitor Centre located at Star Ferry Concourse in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

    Open daily from 8 am to 8 pm and offering a range of tourism products and services, tailored itinerary planning, help with selected tour booking, souvenirs for sale and mobile phone charging upon request.

    Hong Kong Island Visitor Centre located at The Peak Piazza, The Peak, Hong Kong Island

    Open daily from 11 am to 8 pm and offering information on hiking products and events, advice and recommendations on walking trails and mobile phone charging upon request.
    *Please note this Visitor Centre will be closed from 21 November 2016 for improvement works

    Hong Kong International Airport Visitor Centre located at Buffer Halls A and B, Arrivals Level, Terminal 1

    Open daily from 8 am to 9 pm and offering interactive sightseeing tips through iPad applications, maps and guides, recommendations on major events and festivals and information on airport facilities, flights, accommodation and transport.

    Lo Wu Information Centre located at 2/F Arrival Hall, Lo Wu Terminal Building, New Territories

    Offering information on nearby scenic spots.

    Kowloon Visitor Centre and Hong Kong Island Visitor Centre also offer the Hong Kong Pals program, in which volunteer locals are in-house at selected times to share knowledge and advice on various topics from hiking and bird watching to festivals and food.
