The move from distribution to a direct sales force will help the company to expand their brand in the Cardiovascular market and grow revenues according to their President and General Manager, David Famiglietti. "Over the past several years, we have used distribution to promote the Hitachi Aloka products in the Cardiovascular market" Famiglietti said. "This new sales force will give us a team that is dedicated and exclusively focused on the Cardiovascular market and enable Hitachi Aloka to become a recognized leader."
The company has tapped Tom Wolk to lead the new dedicated Cardiovascular sales force.
