Uchida joins Hinckley Allen from Orr & Reno where he was a partner. Uchida's experience includes representing clients before local planning and zoning boards in connection with the development of commercial and residential properties and a variety of real estate transactions. As a business lawyer, he advises clients on formations, acquisitions and sales of businesses and commercial leasing. Uchida also frequently serves as a mediator or arbitrator in business and real estate disputes.
For over 100 years, Hinckley Allen has been representing developers, corporations, pension funds, investment funds, healthcare and educational institutions, restaurants, hotels, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in some of the region's largest and most complex real estate transactions.
Uchida is a graduate of Colby College and received his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
