Having a target response time of only 30 minutes, HighOrbit allows the four users on the system to upload claims investigations wirelessly to a cloud server, including images. At any time Cissell can have 10 to 20 claims open at a time, with six to seven tasks for each job. Currently HighOrbit handles coordination of assignments and recurring communications, and creates reports from data entries reducing double entries and minimizing data errors. In the future Cissell plans further integration with HighOrbit, including a QuickBooks component.
