Arpoador Consultoria has recently taken HighOrbit's business process automation software to a new level of flexibility through translation of the system interface to Portuguese.

This will allow Arpoador Consultoria clients the ability to fully create, manage, and use the HighOrbit system in Portuguese.
"Several Arpoador Consultoria clients had requested a Portuguese version of the HighOrbit system, and once we found that the process was possible through accessing the user interface, we felt we could better service the needs of our market by providing the system in this language," said Fernando Linhares, CEO of Arpoador Consultoria.
The Portuguese version of the HighOrbit system offered by Arpoador Consultoria was recently rolled out, and is currently being tested with one client. The test has been successful, and the client is happy to be using the system in Portuguese.
"While processes within HighOrbit could always be created in any language, the interface and web pages associated with the system remained in English, a challenge for clients in other countries," said Brian Dwyer, Process Management Specialist for HighOrbit. "Arpoador Consultoria has actively taken the lead in making HighOrbit available in other languages, a significant value added feature for clients using the system for their task management and overall workflow automation."
Now that HighOrbit is available in Portuguese, Fernando said his firm expects increased demand, as well as an increase in customer referrals.
