Higher Council for Youth commits to re-allowing memberships at Al-Wahdat SC
The president of the Higher Council for Youth (HCY), Dr. Ahmad Masarweh repeatedly expressed the Council's commitment to reopening the doors for memberships at Al-Wahdat SC coming November for 10 days at least, provided the sports club allows another 10 days, coming December.
- (1888PressRelease) October 26, 2011 - Amman - Dr. Masarwah re-affirmed that HCY would continue its commitment to re-opening the doors for memberships as necessary in the future.
Represented by its president, HCY committed to accepting all membership applications submitted previously, reaching 1750 applications. The club's board of directors honored these requests yesterday.
The HCY statement came after meetings between Dr. Ahmad Masarwah and representatives of Al Wahdat Future Gathering during the last few weeks. Representatives of Al Wahdat Future Gathering did not disclose information about these meetings until they noticed actual results, beginning yesterday evening.
Dr. Masarwah noted that the Higher Council for Youth issued immediate request for the need of Al Wahdat SC's management to adhere to club's regulations that states the necessity for accepting membership applications, in addition to allowing for new memberships - promised to start during the coming days.
