From 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, HHHunt Homes hosted 180 Realtor partners at its beautifully decorated White Hall model home. Guests enjoyed hot air balloon rides, delicious seasonal fare by Second Street Catering, live music, great summer prize giveaways, and a grand prize drawing for two, quarter-page color advertisements in the Daily Press or The Virginia Gazette newspapers.
"A couple actually got engaged while up in one of the balloons," said Joanna Mitzel, new homes sales manager for Prudential Towne Realty. "Everyone had such a great time. For White Hall and Weatherly at White Hall residents, HHHunt Homes hosted its First Annual Pre-Independence Day Parade. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, approximately 65 neighbors and guests gathered at the White Hall model home for informative tours and community fun. Hog Wild Smokehouse provided a tasty selection of catered barbeque, and Second Street Catering provided dessert. Creative face painting, a children's bounce house, live music and more made for great fun for the entire family. Residents also had the opportunity to earn $500 through the builder's homebuyer referral program.
