- (1888PressRelease) August 08, 2014 - Mechanicsville, VA - Rutland Lifestyle members had a splashing good time at the master-planned community's First Annual Late Night Swim event hosted by the Rutland Lifestyle Committee and sponsored by HHHunt Homes. On Friday, July 25th, approximately 150 adventure-seeking "kids of all ages" donned their bathing suits and gathered together at Rutland's Resident Clubhouse for an exciting evening of fun and fellowship.
"We are thrilled with the turnout, as well as the enthusiasm our homeowners have shown for the Rutland Lifestyle Membership Program," said Jeri Copeland, new home sales executive for HHHunt Homes. "It was a memorable evening and a great way to celebrate the wonderful spirit of the community."
Resident members enjoyed poolside music by DJ Jason Paige of Celebrity Radio DJs - also the emcee for pool games such as the Seahorse Relay, Hula Hoop Contest, Kickboard Relay, Plunger Relay and Watermelon Football. The pool deck served as the concrete canvas for the "Chalk the Walk Art Explosion" - a showcase of chalk masterpieces by even the littlest of Rutland's Lifestyle artists.
The Rutland Lifestyle Committee distributed complementary ice cream tickets. Members enjoyed cool treats from the Mister Softee Ice Cream Truck, as well as delicious fare from the popular Slideways Mobile Bistro Food Truck. HHHunt Homes sponsored personal coolers as prize giveaways.
