HHHunt Homes Appoints Kerry Kreis as Sales Manager of its Richmond Division
Renowned mid-Atlantic region homebuilder HHHunt Homes is pleased to welcome Kerry Kreis to its management team. Kreis is tasked with the management and development of HHHunt Homes' Richmond division sales team.
- (1888PressRelease) September 28, 2013 - Richmond, VA - Renowned mid-Atlantic region homebuilder HHHunt Homes is pleased to announce the appointment of Kerry Kreis to Sales Manager of its Richmond, Virginia division. Kreis brings more than six years of experience as a REALTOR/Associate Broker to his position with HHHunt Homes.
As Sales Manager, Kreis is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the builder's new residential communities and product lines. His duties include comparative market studies, sub-market analysis, open recruitment, overseeing all aspects of model home selection and location, effective leadership, teambuilding, and the management and development of HHHunt Homes' Richmond division sales team.

Prior to his career in real estate, Kreis served as an operations director for a logistics services company, a logistics and distribution director, a distribution center manager, and a buyer, audit compliance lead, supervisor and process improvement coordinator for an aerospace company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from University of Phoenix, SLC UT.
A native of Indiana, Kreis has made Virginia his home for the past 15 years. As a licensed REALTOR/Associate Broker, he is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors and the Richmond Association of Realtors. Kreis also is a member of "HOG" - the Harley Owners Group. His recreational interests include motorcycle riding and golfing, as well as spending quality family time with his two sons and grandson.
