Started as a home-based business in 1978, Hernon Manufacturing now employs 40 people. The company experienced an increase in annual revenues of 32% in 2012 due to its participation in the Small Business Development Center program.

To assist Mr. Arnon cultivate the exporting division of his company, the SBDC at the University of Central Florida helped Arnon evaluate, recommend and target overseas markets to position the company for its tremendous growth opportunities. The company now sells in more than 25 countries, is engaged in strategic partnerships to repackage and/or distribute their products in those nations. Additionally, all of Hernon Manufacturing's products are made in the United States.
