Hermes-Sojitz International Investment Fund started implementing of new boutique hotels chain under Hermes Heritage Hotels brand. Collection will consist of 12 hotels located in the Northern Italy. The launch is expected in late 2018. In near future the fund is planning the expansion of the chain from 12 to 50 boutique hotels by attracting additional funding.
In the end of January, Adam Barrow, the new President of the Republic of Gambia, met with the management of the Hermes-Sojitz International Direct Investment Fund in Dakar.
The first investment forum was opened in Saint Petersburg. High officials from Russia, representatives of a large national or foreign business discussed problems of investing in large-scale economic projects both in Russia and in North-West.
Hermes-Sojitz International Investment Fund has started the implementation of its boutique hotel chain project in the Northern Italy. The project embraces marvelous antique palaces and palazzos with their unique stories. 10 real estate items have already been chosen to be reconstructed to become a part of the new hotel chain. Now the Fund is to expand its project with new matching items.
