- (1888PressRelease) September 20, 2011 - Australia - Workforce management solutions provider E-tivity Corporation has become a fully owned subsidiary of HemiPhon PLC following the establishment of that new parent company by E-tivity Corporation's directors.
E-tivity Corporation has been operating in Australia under various business names since the 1970s. It has become one of this country's leading developers and providers of workforce management software. E-tivity Corporation will continue to supply and support quality workforce solutions.

Jones will continue to be directly involved in E-tivity Corporation through his role as Executive Chairman and Director.
E-tivity Corporation is in the process of establishing an office in the United States under the management of CEO Michael Volk. That business will primarily be responsible for the sale and support of E-tivity software globally. The development of the E-tivity software now falls under the management of a new company, E-tivity (Development) Pty Ltd, which is managed by CEO Honey Jones. Jones and Volk are also Directors of HemiPhon.
