Under the Affordable Care Act, the consumer should have access to 2 documents - A summary of benefits & coverage and a uniform glossary of terms commonly used in the health insurance coverage. In addition, it should also have specific technical information for simulating coverage examples for two benefit scenarios e.g. having a baby and managing type 2 diabetes.
