Larry Mendte, Host, opened the in-depth conversation which covered elder law, specific financial issues such as paying for care, possible government benefits, and more. They touched on when families and individuals should start planning for long term care and what to expect as the aging process continues to evolve. Yale elaborates, “ We don’t have a crystal ball. Nobody has a crystal ball to know how long somebody is going to live. The overriding objective is to make sure, to the best that we can, that people don’t run out of money.”

Laurie A. Hauptman is a partner at Hauptman & Hauptman, PC.
