The segment, led by Host Sharifah Hardie, highlighted how COVID-19 has impacted the way companies do business.

During this pandemic, the Hauptman's have been handling consultations over the phone. To further accommodate their clients need for document signings, which historically have been held in the attorney’s office with a notary, the Hauptman’s now organize “drive-by signings” in parking lots, complete with gloves and masks on.

The Hauptman's recommend families and individuals to not put off estate and long-term care planning. COVID-19 has amplified the fact that anyone can get sick and everyone over the age of 18 should have current estate and financial documents in place. “You need to plan. Life is unpredictable,” explained Laurie.

The Hauptman's continued, “We are problem-solving, protecting assets, and preparing documents that protect people. We are there to provide guidance to families through life’s up and downs.”
