- (1888PressRelease) November 07, 2011 - Each representative shares her personal leadership journey successes in a full-page mentoring essay in the September/October 2011 issue of the publication. The essays are designed to encourage aspiring business leaders, and to help advance women into leadership ranks.

"I'm equally proud of the hundreds of companies that employ them. They get it. I hope more young women will take note of which companies are leading the way to full career development."
