Harriman is please to announce that Peter J. Pinkerton has joined the firm as Interior Design Studio Leader.
Portland-South Portland, ME (1888PressRelease) August 07, 2010 - Harriman, a full-service architecture and engineering firm with offices in Maine and New Hampshire, is pleased to announce that Peter J. Pinkerton has joined the firm as Interior Design Studio Leader.
Peter brings over 12 years of design experience on a wide range of projects including those for corporate/commercial, education, hospitality, and government clients. At Harriman, he will serve as the Interior Design Studio Leader, enhancing the firm's ability to provide a broader range of design services. Peter has a wealth of experience in all aspects of interior design from project inception through completion, including programming; space planning; selecting and procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment; developing clients' budgets and estimates, and providing oversight during construction. He also has experience helping clients with signage and graphics standards and image branding. Recent clients include Sprint, Fairchild Semiconductor, Martin's Point, Hebron Academy, and The Cliff House Resort & Spa. He is currently working on projects for TD Bank and Franklin Memorial Hospital.
Peter received a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Florida State University, and an Associates Degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Maine at Augusta. He earned the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) Certificate, and is a state-certified interior designer.
