About Harlan M. Doliner
Mr. Doliner has over forty years of extensive experience as an environmental and marine technology attorney. As VP, Legal-Compliance at Mabbett & Associates, Inc., he focuses on corporate and real estate transaction risk evaluation and support; maritime technology and security issues; hazardous waste site reuse; strategic environmental risk-assessment, management and regulatory compliance; renewable energy (solar, wind and hydrokinetic); as well as directing the firm’s Marine Technology-Maritime Services Group. Mr. Doliner is the founding chairperson of the Environmental Law Section of the Boston Bar Association. He has also served as a Director of the Environmental Business Council of New England (EBCNE), and currently is a member of the Massachusetts Seaport Economic Council by appointment of Governor Baker. He is also the Immediate Past President and board member of MOTN, the Marine & Oceanographic Technology Network. Mr. Doliner is an adjunct professor for the Law Schools at Boston College and Roger Williams University, where he teaches the only law school level offshore renewable energy and maritime security courses in the United States. His peers elected him a Massachusetts SuperLawyer in 2004-2017; and a New England SuperLawyer in 2007, 2009, 20102016. Harlan was selected for inclusion in The International Who’s Who of Environmental Lawyers, 2011 and 2012.
