Harald Haghofer: Celum's New Chief Services Officer
In August 2012, Harald Haghofer (39) joined celum as Chief Services Officer and is responsible for the Global Services Division. He is part of the celum executive board and board of directors.
- (1888PressRelease) August 13, 2012 - The certified Senior Project Manager brings 10 years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience to celum and will further develop the Global Services division. His team is responsible for presales, consulting, project management, implementation and support of our customers as well as of their systems.
I am looking forward to lead the Global Services team. My main focus is further development of the team, particularly in the areas of project management and consulting, so they fulfil classic (V-model) as well as modern agile Digital Asset Management projects in the best possible manner to satisfy our customers in the long term. Satisfied customers need strong relations to and confidence in their suppliers in order to be completely understood and to get the right solution for their needs. So it is necessary to have a stable, highly professional and state-of-the art skilled Global Services division to build on." says Harald Haghofer.
Previous to celum, Harald Haghofer worked several years for a successful ECM company. At the beginning of his career, he successfully managed major projects as Project Manager and Senior Consultant. Due to his soft and hard skills he became Head of the Professional Services Division after one year.
