Happiest Minds opens voting to choose India's first crowd-sourced corporate logo
Shortlisted logos from 1000+ entries are now on the Happiest Minds website.
- (1888PressRelease) July 06, 2011 - Happiest Minds, the IT venture of industry veteran Ashok Soota, today announced the shortlisted logos and commenced the voting process.
The first crowd sourced exercise to create a corporate logo in India, the logo contest attracted over 1000 entries from individuals, artists and professional design firms. In the first phase, 150 entries have been shortlisted.
The shortlisted logos will be showcased on www.happiestminds.com for the public to vote for the design they feel most accurately captures the vision of Happiest Minds. The jury will then examine the most popular logos and select the one that best meets the criteria of relevance, uniqueness, and memorability.
The Happiest Minds jury comprises of eminent members such R. Sridhar, Founder IdeasRS, Geetha Narayanan, Founder-Director, Srishti School of Art Design and Technology, Rukmini Krishnaswamy, Director, Spastic Society and Jessie Paul, CEO, Paul Writer. Ashok Soota, will chair the jury.
The winner of this prestigious challenge will receive a cash reward of US $2000**. The winning entry will be announced on 10th July by the jury.
**Tax deductions, if any, will be deducted from the prize money as per Government of India laws.
