Hans-Peter Legler to become new CEO of cablex
Hans-Peter Legler will take over the management of cablex AG on 1 September 2010. He will succeed René Hähni, who is retiring at the end of the year.
- (1888PressRelease) July 09, 2010 - Legler (46) has held various management positions in the telecommunications and ICT sector since the 1990s and has many years of experience in network construction. He was a member of the management at Reichle & De-Massari, Siemens ICT Switzerland, among others, and was in the European region management team at IBM.
cablex is Switzerland's leading wired and wireless network construction and maintenance company, focusing primarily on telecommunications. cablex AG was created on 1 October 2001 as a fully-owned subsidiary of Swisscom. It developed out of Swisscom's former construction division and was responsible for building Swisscom's national fixed network.
