Hamptons takes property to Far Eastern markets
Hamptons International is capitalizing on the strong interest from Far Eastern investors for UK property and will showcase its most exclusive UK and international properties to an audience in Hong Kong.
- (1888PressRelease) May 17, 2011 - The exhibition, called The Collection, is a high-profile property event which will display Hamptons' superior London, Country and international properties and developments for active buyers and investors in Hong Kong.
In its third year, the event aims to take advantage of the significant currency discounts available to foreign buyers due to the weakness of the pound, as well as the long-term belief from the Far Eastern market in UK property for its investment potential.
Marc Goldberg, Head of Sales at Hamptons International, said: "Overseas investors, particularly from the Far East, are continuing to play an important role in driving market activity across certain areas of the Hamptons network. The Collection is an opportunity to capitalise on this demand to present a range of our most exclusive properties to a targeted international audience.
"In its third year, The Collection has a proven track record of driving property sales across the Hamptons network. This year, we are bringing even more properties to this captive audience and we are expecting demand to be high: with continued currency advantages for Hong Kong and Chinese buyers and a new Hamptons office in Hong Kong which is cementing our international reputation, there is significant potential for this year's event which offers an impressive opportunity for our UK clients."
The Collection exhibition will take place in Hong Kong on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 June. If you would like your property to be considered for inclusion in The Collection exhibition and brochure, please speak to your local Hamptons branch.
