Hair Salon Joins Tenant Mix at Centre Plaza in Bensalem, PA
Salon 724 Leases 2,300 Square Feet at Levin-Managed Center.

The hair salon leased 2,300 square feet at the 43,550-square-foot shopping center, announced Levin Management, Centre Plaza's exclusive leasing and managing agent.
Levin's leasing representative Jordan Korris negotiated the long-term lease.

Centre Plaza's retail, restaurant and service-oriented tenants include Curves for Women, Domino's Pizza, LabCorp, MGM Financial Strategies Inc., First Federal Savings & Loan, A&S Bagels and Tako Japanese Restaurant. Centre Plaza serves a growing residential population of almost 270,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $67,000, and the daily traffic count is about 27,000 vehicles.
Prime retail space remains available at Centre Plaza ranging from 1,700 to 10,200 square feet.
Located in Bensalem, the largest municipality in Bucks County, Centre Plaza is ideally positioned just one mile from the Pennsylvania Turnpike at the intersection of a busy county road and city street, and adjacent to Bensalem Public High School.
