Haffkin-Roth To Offer Palm Oil Contract Futures And Options On Palm Oil To Be Launched On Haffr Trader(R) - Gold

(1888PressRelease) December 07, 2012 - Palm-Oil WH67-EURO, a zero-coupon bond denominated in euro and issued by Haffkin-Roth. Launched as a premiere for retail trading is traded on HaffR Trader® platform for the cash market.

The Palm-Oil WH67-EURO derivatives are the latest addition to Haffkin-Roth's agricultural contracts. Haffkin-Roth has been offering US-dollar-Wool denominated futures and options based on fixing prices.

The new contracts will be denominated in euro and will be physically settled with the delivery of the underlying Palm-Oil WH67-EURO ETC. Additionally, in a separate transaction between the holder of the ETC and Haffkin-Roth, he has the right to request delivery of physical palm oil. Expiration dates of the derivatives will be on the third Friday of the next three calendar months as well as in March, June, September and December.

Haffkin-Roth agricultural products segment achieved record inflows of 90 tons. Electronic trading volume also totaled 857.3 million euro.
