Event Synopsis:
As a result of a recent U.S. District Court opinion and consequent announcements from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), private employers and federal contractors who are required to file EEO-1 reporting must now include wage and hours information - called Component 2 Data – in the said reports. The newly required information for 2017 and 2018 calendar years should be submitted to the EEOC by September 30, 2019.
Although a Notice of Appeal has been filed, the EEOC will still proceed with the enforcement of the revised requirements as scheduled. Covered employers should start with their compliance efforts and begin revisiting their data collection procedures in preparation for the September pay data reporting.
In this LIVE Webcast, a seasoned panel of thought leaders and professionals brought together by The Knowledge Group will provide an in-depth analysis of the revised compliance requirements as well as their implications to employers. Speakers will also present the best compliance practices in completing the updated Component 2 form.
Key topics include:
• The New EEO-1 Pay Data Reporting Requirements
• Component 2 Data: Implications for Employers
• Legal Updates
