GSS Infotech acquires GCI Infosystems
GCI Infosystems was acquired by GSS Infotech on 14 July 2011.

GCI Systems, a 23-year old information technology services company based in Shoreview, MN has been acquired by GSS Infotech Pvt. Ltd, a listed company based in Hyderabad, India with significant operations in the U.S.
"Acquiring GCI Systems provides GSS Infotech with a strong foothold in the Twin Cities and outlying areas of Minnesota", said Bhargav Marepally, President and CEO of GSS Infotech. All of the management and employees of GCI Systems are staying in their current positions and the expectation is for significant job growth in the marketplaces where GCI Systems does business. Kuba has assumed the role of Vice President of Business Development and will continue to work with all of GCI Systems clients.
