GSDC launches Global L&D Summit 2021 The largest networking event with the world leaders in Learning & Development
GSDC today announced the Global L&D Summit 2021, an online summit that collectively will address the role of Learning & Development in the post Covid era. One of the largest global L&D summit will take place in March 2021.

The Covid-19 pandemic has helped organizations to understand the importance of learning and development (L&D). With the expansion of remote work and increasing need of certain skill sets, the demand and need for L&D has skyrocketed.
L&D Professionals are now driving organizational culture with a clear focus on elevating strategic roles, training employees to fill skill gaps. With the rising acceptance to remote work and online learning delivery, the L&D departments can lead this change and help teams to devise new procedures with updated tools and technologies.
The event is spread over 10 days starting March 1st 2021 till 12th March addressing challenges faced by L&D professionals and how you can create a learning organization using modern technology.
