The album is a mixture of the funkadelic, hip hop and R&B influences that have surrounded Marc all his life. "I grew up listening to Lil Wayne, Chamillionaire, Outkast, Silk, or whoever my parents were listening to in the car. "says Marc. "I love what we created as a group, but "In My Own" is my chance to really show the world and our fans a more personal side of who I am as an artist."
