GryphTech, a leading provider of enterprise software applications, solutions and services, announced today that RE/MAX Columbia, is deploying the GryphTech Real Estate Management Platform adding a third South American country to GryphTech's burgeoning customer base and securing GryphTech's leadership position in South America's growing Real-Estate management software market. GryphTech's real-estate management platform is now deployed in Brazil, Argentina and Columbia and includes geographic coverage of over 70% of South America's population and associated real-estate transactions.
RE/MAX Columbia will leverage GryphTech's unique language and local market customization features as well as their extensive expertise in defining the required tools, systems and processes to position new start-up regions for rapid expansion, optimal productivity and maximum performance across the entire organization.

• iConnect, a secure area of the platform that allows Agents and Office to access the tools they require for their day to day business and
• a hosted regional email solution.
Additional enhanced administrative, performance management, sales and marketing and office and agent management tools will be rolled out in subsequent deployment phases as the RE/MAX Columbia organization grows.
