Ground Breaking Ceremony Marks Start of South Broadway Renovation with Groove Toyota

Denver, CO (1888PressRelease) October 31, 2012 - With company representatives, local officials and community leaders on-hand - Groove Toyota-Scion officially broke ground today for its new facility on South Broadway in Englewood, Colorado.

The ceremony will commence the start of construction. The project includes both brand new and remodeled construction. Groove Toyota will now have a new sales showroom that will double its current size, new customer service lounges, additional customer parking, indoor vehicle delivery, three lane service reception, express lube, detail center as well as a new parts and accessory store. There will also be a significant remodeling of service and parts and related site work. When it opens, the facility will offer state-of-the-art sales and service to better serve their customers and allow valued employees access to the latest technology.

This facility will continue to redefine the South Broadway corridor and revitalize the area as an automotive destination. Toyota is committed to their partnership with Groove Toyota. Saunders Construction, Inc., is the selected Construction Manager and General Contractor and Nudell Architects is the designer and architect of record. Construction is scheduled for completion in October 2013.
