About Gregory Keating
Gregory Keating, chair of the firm's Labor Employment & Benefits and Whistleblower Defense Groups, handles employment litigation, arbitration and administrative cases regarding discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, non-competition and other post-employment restrictions, ERISA benefits and contract- and tort-based employment claims. He was nominated to serve as a management representative on the Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee in 2012 by US Senators Michael Enzi and Johnny Isakson and was later appointed by Hilda Solis, US Secretary of Labor. In 2014, current US Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez re-appointed Mr. Keating to serve another two-year term. In spring 2014, he testified before the US Senate at a hearing on whistleblower protections. Mr. Keating has been named America's Leading Lawyers for Business by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
