Announced the launch of its inaugural case study named "Communicating Success". The periodic publication serves to illustrate Greenpacket's successful collaboration with operators around the world, by working hand-in-hand in delivering innovative and winning solutions.

The first issue of Communicating Success outlines Greenpacket's accomplishments to operators in Asia and also features Time Warner Cable, a major cable operator in the USA, which marked Greenpacket's homecoming to North America.

The ICM is being deployed to enhance the experience of its Mobile Broadband users, with the convergence of multiple wireless access technologies through a single sign-on. The synergy between Greenpacket and Time Warner Cable echoes Greenpacket's continuous effort to provide excellent service experience by including advanced features like usage metering to facilitate easy Internet tracking and roaming indicator that specifies network coverage when moving between networks.
