Mr. Paul is responsible for leading modernization strategies that leverage innovation and cloud computing in implementing agile and on-demand IT infrastructure in support of government wide initiatives.
Recently, Mr. Paul was recognized by Federal Computer Week as a "Federal 100" in 2010 and 2008 as an "Agent of Change," improving the government's use of information technology.
