Great Falls Construction Set to Remodel Irving Oil Big Stop
Great Falls Construction will be renovating Irving Oil's Big Stop in Baileyville, ME giving the store a 600 square foot expansion. Special features will be added to include new mill work and new bathrooms.
- (1888PressRelease) November 16, 2010 - Baileyville, ME - On the heels of two commercial renovation projects; Bull Moose entertainment store in Scarborough Maine and Hannaford Supermarket in Bridgeton Maine, Great Falls announced today that it will be remodeling the Irving Oil Big Stop in Baileyville, Maine. The renovation plans call for general improvements and the expansion of the store's general goods section and self service food offerings. The existing restaurant will remain in operation throughout the project.
The building, located at 32 Houlton Rd in Baileyville will receive a 600 square foot expansion to accommodate new reach in beverage cases and a walk-in beer cave.
In addition, Great Falls Construction will build two new public bathrooms, and upgrade the plumbing, mechanical and electrical services in the store. "Special features will include new cabinets and millwork for the retail store and the front counter at the restaurant. Replace the floors, lights and paint colors inside and several enhancements made to the structure outside to improve the look of the store," says Great Falls team member Todd Rothstein.
