• Two three-bedroom, three-bath homes that range in size from approximately 2,394 square feet to 2,529 square feet. These residences have minimum bids from $495,000 to $825,000 and are up to 66 percent below previous asking prices, ranging from $1.45 million to $2.195 million.
• Five three-bedroom, 3.5 bath homes that range in size from approximately 2,428 square feet to 2,513 square feet. These residences have minimum bids from $625,000 to $795,000 and are up to 64 percent below previous asking prices, ranging from $1.7 million to $2.195 million.
