Grand Opening Celebration Planned for Heritage Village at Seabreeze in Forked River
Community Investment Strategies Marks Opening of New Affordable Apartment Community with Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony.

Lacey Township Mayor Gary Quinn will be among the dignitaries in attendance. The event is open to the public.
