Grand Millennium Dubai Announces Key Promotions in its Culinary Team
Ayman Valappil, Executive Sous Chef at the Grand Millennium Dubai has been promoted to the position of Executive Chef at the hotel.

Chef Ayman has nearly three decades of experience working in 5-star kitchens cooking Continental, Indian, Arabic and Asian Cuisines with equal ease. In his long and distinguished career he has been associated with many prestigious hotels including Le Royal Meridian, Crowne Plaza Dubai, Holiday Inn Salalah Oman, Holiday Inn Jeddah and Jeddah Sheraton.
At the same time, two other chefs have been promoted at the Grand Millennium Dubai. Chef William Francisco Xavier Dias takes over the title of Executive Sous Chef from his existing position of Senior Sous Chef while Chef Alaa Al Nachar will now be the Senior Sous Chef moving up from his role as Oriental Chef.
