Ms. Gillian Huang has been appointed Director of Marketing and Communications at Grand Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao by Accor, effective immediately.
- (1888PressRelease) June 27, 2012 - Ms. Gillian Huang has been appointed Director of Marketing and Communications at Grand Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao by Accor, effective immediately.
Ms. Huang will assume responsibility of the entire marketing operation, branding, public relation management, with an emphasis on promoting Grand Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao to both international and domestic markets.
Ms. Huang brings with her more than 8 years of experience in the field, having worked in Shanghai, Australia and the United Kingdom. In addition to her rich international industry knowledge, Ms Huang also has a working history with Accor, having previously held the position of Brand Manager at Accor corporate office.
A graduate of University of Technology, Sydney, Ms Huang began her marketing career with Tourism Australia. As the new Director of Marketing and Communication at Grand Mercure Hongqiao, Ms Huang will be overlooking both online and offline marketing functions for the hotel.
"With such rich international marketing experience, I believe she will bring with her a whole new insight into the industry and help enhance brand awareness for Grand Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao." Said Mr. Mennetret.
