Stand Down House and the Palm Beach County Veterans Committee on Saturday, June 14, 2014, Flag Day, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

David Knapp, President of God and Country Productions and past Southern Area Commander of the American Legion, is leading the charge on this first year event. "I feel it is important to bring the community together in the name of God and country in support of local veterans. What better way than through the universal language of music and who better than gospel artist Larnelle Harris," said Knapp.

Harris is the only person in history to be a member of the Gospel Music Hall of Fame, the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and the Amateur Radio Hall of Fame. In addition to his 5 GRAMMY® and 11 Dove Awards, including being named Male Vocalist of the Year three times by the gospel music industry, Harris has garnered nineteen #1 national radio singles and countless top 10 hits. The ONE NATION UNDER GOD GOSPEL CONCERT begins at 2:00 p.m. with the presentation of colors and will lead into a program fit to honor Flag Day. In addition to patriotic presentations and headliner Larnelle Harris, attendees will be treated to performances by Baritone Lou Galterio who is known for his amazing and moving rendition of the Star Spangled Banner and the Espressivo Singers who were created to provide our local community with artistically excellent choral performances of high-caliber music.

Charities benefiting from the One Nation Under God Gospel Concert include Faith*Hope*Love*Charity, Inc. Stand Down House which helps male veterans who are struggling due to mental/physical wounds & illness, addictions, homelessness and/or other issues regain their lives through a multi-tiered program, transitional living and collaborative efforts. FHLC, Inc. addresses the needs and unseen wounds of our veterans and military members; the Palm Beach County Veterans Committee whose mission is to proudly honor through the Memorial Day Ceremony and the Veterans Day Parade our past, present and future veterans in this our Country and the United States of America; and CROS Ministries Food Pantries who will benefit from the non-perishable and canned goods concert attendees are asked to bring with them for donation on the day of the event.
