Grammy-Nominated Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver Return to Mill Town Music Hall
Bluegrass Legend and Hall of Fame member to perform from his collection of hits.
- (1888PressRelease) December 12, 2017 - BREMEN, Ga – Mill Town Music Hall is excited to announce musician Doyle Lawson and his band Quicksilver will once again take the stage on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. EST. Opening the show will be The Cross Ties Band with their unique string-band sound. Mill Town Music Hall, focusing on family-friendly music and events, is located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Avenue).
Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver have multiple Grammy, Dove, ICM, IBMA and SPBGMA Award nominations to their credit and have produced nearly 40 albums. In addition, Lawson is the reigning SPBGMA Mandolin Player of the Year, seven-time recipient of the IBMA Vocal Group of the Year and was inducted into the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame in September 2012. The New York Times called Lawson ‘mandolin virtuoso’ with ‘perfectly silken harmony.’
