Golden Steer Steakhouse in Las Vegas Re-dedicates Famous Booth to Mayor's Goodman

This esteemed group of Celebrities, Sports Figures, Actors and Dignitaries often required private booths that would be continually reserved for them in the oldest steakhouse in Las Vegas.
This collection of booths and tables, bare the brass plaques and photos, of notorieties such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., John Wayne, Joe DiMaggio, Clint Eastwood, Marylyn Monroe, Mario Andretti, Betty Grable, Shecky Greene, Elvis Presley, Mickey Rooney and more. Additional booths will be soon dedicated to Holly Madison and Muhammad Ali.
One booth in particular used frequently, was the booth dedicated to Attorney Oscar Goodman who brought in several clients he represented in the courtroom. Oscar went on to become the Mayor of Las Vegas and his plaque was then changed to Mayor Oscar Goodman.
Recently due to term limit restrictions, an election was held in Las Vegas to replace Mayor Goodman, and the high visibility election was won by Carolyn Goodman, the wife of former Mayor Oscar Goodman. It only made since to carry on the tradition by re-dedicating the booth to both Mayor's. A framed picture of both Mayors was unveiled on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 4:30 pm with the bronze plaque reading "Mayor's Oscar and Carolyn Goodman".
On hand for the dedication and photo opportunity was proprietor Dr. Michael J. Signorelli, who has owned and carries multiple licenses at the steakhouse for the last 10 years. In addition the first people Michael met when he came to Las Vegas, over 40 years ago, coincidently was Oscar and Carlyon. Michael and Carolyn were in the Masters program at UNLV together and Michael eventually went on to be the first group to receive a Doctorate Degree from UNLV while working for the Howard Hughes Corporation.
